Volunteers Needed
• 1^st Service Nursery: If you are willing to help in the nursery, please see Missy Welch.
• Shut-in Communion: If you are willing to take communion to some of our elderly church members that are unable to attend, please sign up on the bulletin board or see Jeff Robinson.
• Wednesday night cooks and kitchen helpers

Church League Softball
When: Starting June 1^st
Interested in playing adult league softball? The season kicks off on June 1^st! See Jonathan Tarkington to get signed up.

Night At the Park
When: June 3^rd
Meet up will be at the church for dinner @ 6:00 pm! We will head to Marionville City Park around 6:40 pm for a night of fellowship, fun, & devotion from Stephen.

Robert & Martha’s 50^th Anniversary Celebration
When: June 7^th following 2^nd service (in the basement)
Come celebrate Robert & Martha’s 50^th anniversary! Main dishes and cake will be served, everyone from church is invited. We just ask that you bring a side dish to contribute to the meal.

Awana Award Ceremony
When: June 7^th at 6:00 pm
Come out and help us honor our clubbers and all their accomplishments this year in Awana! This is a black-tie, red-carpet event with desserts and punch to follow. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend!

VBS Decorating Meeting
When: June 14^th
Anyone that is interested in helping to decorate and create props for VBS, please make plans to stay for a meeting right after 2^nd service! There is also a sign-up sheet posted on the bulletin board for volunteers.

Camp Dates
Maranatha Bible Camp
Don’t let the earlybird registration deadline sneak up on you, because there is a $25 fee for each camper that signs up after this date. Remember, the church pays ½ of the camp fees for Elm Branch members’ children and grandchildren. (You will be responsible for paying the late fee.) If you are a member of the church and are planning to register, see Whitley for the code. The code allows you to waive the registration fee and then pay your half to the church. If you would like to work in the kitchen to have your camp paid for or want to be a sponsor for camp, please talk to Stephen.

VBS meetings and prep have begun! Keep an eye out for upcoming workdays, sign up sheets, and ways to get involved. We appreciate your help in making this an unforgettable experience!

Church Camping Trip
When: September 24^th – 26^th
Cost: approx. $40 per family
Mark your calendars for our annual family camping trip at Roaring River! Come enjoy 1 or 2 nights with your church family making memories & fellowshipping. The church will provide breakfast on that Saturday morning. Sign up on the bulletin board and see Shara with any questions!
